1. General Terms
1.1 The present Terms of Use regulate the use of the DMM Infinity website, available at dmminfinity.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.2 INFOSISTEMA, SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Infosistema"), a company existing and organized under the laws of Portugal, is the legitimate and exclusive owner of the Website.
1.3 The use of the Website by its users assumes and implies knowledge and acceptance of the present Terms of Use. A "User" is any individual or institution that in general and through the Website visits the content provided therein. The User declares to have the necessary legal capacity to accept these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 Infosistema reserves the right to amend the present Terms of Use at any time.
2. Correct Use of the Website
2.1 The User undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website as well as the contents and services provided therein for lawful purposes or effects, pursuant to the applicable law in force. The User should refrain from:

- Obtaining and trying to obtain the contents or services offered on the Website through the use of means or procedures different from those that have been made available or that are commonly used on the Internet because they do not represent a risk of damage or destruction to the Website and/or its contents.
2.2 The User guarantees that the activities carried out in the use of or access to the Website in no case threaten the good name and commercial image of Infosistema or DMM Infinity, or of persons or entities associated with it, other users of the Website or third parties.
2.3 Infosistema reserves the right to remove all comments and content that disturb public order or security or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, Infosistema will not be held accountable for the comments and opinions of users, as well as for contents illegally submitted by third parties on the Website.
2.4 In the event that the User does not comply with any of the stipulations of these Terms of Use, Infosistema reserves the right to momentarily or definitively interrupt the User's access to the Website, or even to terminate the provided service.
3. Suspension or Termination of the Website
3.1 Infosistema may freely and at any time suspend or terminate access to and use of the Website without any right to compensation or damages for the User.
4. Infosistema's Limited Liability
4.1 The entire content of the Website, including texts, graphics, images, sounds, logotypes, trademarks, domains and any other elements, is owned by Infosistema, which holds the copyright and industrial property rights on the same, with the exception of contents provided by advertisers or commercial partners that are identified as such.
4.2 Access to and use of the Website may be subject to interference, interruptions, disconnections or other anomalies, particularly as a result of breakdowns, overloads, line loads or other eventualities for which Infosistema is not responsible. The User expressly acknowledges that Infosistema shall not be liable for any potential or actual damages that may directly or indirectly result for the User as a result of the occurrence of such events.
4.3 Infosistema does not warrant that the Website will operate uninterrupted or be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful elements.
4.4 Infosistema is not responsible for any flaws, incorrect functioning, or incompatibility with the User's hardware. Infosistema is not obliged to provide support in the use of the Website, nor guarantee that it assures the purposes intended by the User.
4.5 Infosistema reserves the right to prevent access and use of the Website to any Users that violate any provision of the present Terms of Use or any legal rules, namely regarding the use of the Internet and its users.
4.6 Infosistema is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, security, legality, or lawfulness of contents, products or services contained on the Website that have been provided by advertisers or commercial partners, as well as for any information contained on third party websites to which it links. Infosistema is also not responsible for any acts or omissions of such third parties.
4.7 Infosistema assumes no responsibility for consequences resulting from access by Users to third party sites through links provided on the Website.
5. User's Liability and Indemnity
5.1 The User is solely and exclusively responsible for the use made of the Website, and therefore undertakes to respect the applicable legislation, namely the Copyright and Related Rights Code, the Industrial Property Code and the Computer Criminality Act, as well as to act in good faith and to make use that does not offend any third party rights.
5.2 The User is authorised to use the contents of the Website solely and exclusively for the purposes for which they are intended. It is expressly prohibited to reproduce, publish, or publicly disclose, distribute or in any other way make the contents accessible to third parties for the purposes of public communication or commercialisation.
5.3 If the User performs a technical modification to the Website or to the systems that transmit the Website, the User undertakes to assume responsibility for any losses, liabilities, expenses, direct and indirect damages, costs — including reasonable legal fees and costs — arising or resulting from such a modification.
5.4 The User undertakes to indemnify, exempt, and exonerate Infosistema and the members of its corporate bodies, legal representatives, employees and collaborators, agents, licensors, service providers, customers and organizers from responsibility regarding any losses, liabilities, expenses, direct and indirect damages and costs — including reasonable legal fees and costs — arising from or resulting from use of the Website by the User, or from any breach of these Terms of Use by the User.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 The present agreement shall be governed and interpreted exclusively by the application of Portuguese Law.
9.2 For the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Parties assign exclusive jurisdiction to the District Court of Lisbon, Portugal, with express waiver of any other.
