Managing Your Subscription
View, upgrade, or manage your DMM Infinity subscription.
Your DMM Infinity subscription determines how many records you can process, how many environments you can connect, and which features are available. This page covers how to view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage billing.
Viewing Your Current Plan
To see your current subscription details:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the portal.
- Select Organisation Settings from the dropdown.
- Navigate to the Subscription tab.
The subscription page shows:
- Current plan name and tier
- Billing period (monthly or annual)
- Records used this period vs. your plan limit
- Number of connected environments vs. your plan limit
- Next billing date and amount
Available Plans
DMM Infinity offers four plans to match organisations of all sizes:
| Plan | Records / Year | Records / Execution | Environments | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 10,000 | 5,000 | 2 | Free forever |
| Starter | 100,000 | 25,000 | 5 | Contact sales |
| Professional | 1,000,000 | 100,000 | 20 | Contact sales |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Custom pricing |
Plans are platform-specific. The table above applies to the Mendix platform. OutSystems plans have different record limits and pricing — see the Pricing page for details.
All plans include:
- Passwordless authentication
- Real-time Execution Monitor
- Full run history
- All six transformation types
- Email support (Professional and Enterprise plans include priority support)
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade to a higher plan:
- Go to Organisation Settings > Subscription.
- Click Upgrade Plan.
- Select the new plan tier.
- Review the pricing summary — the upgrade is prorated, meaning you only pay the difference for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Confirm and complete payment.
- The new plan limits take effect immediately.
Upgrading is prorated, so there is no penalty for upgrading mid-cycle. You are only charged the proportional difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining days in your billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
To switch to a lower plan:
- Go to Organisation Settings > Subscription.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the lower plan tier.
- Review the impact summary — this shows whether your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits.
- Confirm the downgrade.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your existing limits remain active until then. If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g., more connected environments than the new plan allows), you will need to disconnect environments before the downgrade activates.
Managing Billing Details
DMM Infinity uses Stripe for secure payment processing. To manage your billing details:
